Master Quest

Membership in Master Quest is by
invitation.
As students enter the higher color belt ranks, Master Lee
and the senior instructors select
those students showing special interest and capability in the physical,
intellectual and emotional disciplines that Tae Kwon Do
offers.
All black belt students accept responsibility to
assist junior belts with Tae Kwon Do fundamentals;
forms, self defense and sparring. After all, teaching is often the
best learning vehicle; even for black-belts.
However, students joining Master Quest accept a
higher level of responsibility
in the school for learning and teaching.
Learning takes place through weekly "Master
Quest Only" classes held by Master Lee
where members accept advanced physical and mental training assuring
consistent
and high quality instruction throughout the school. Master
Quest members in return accept
regular teaching shifts where they lead and assist teaching classes
under the watchful eye of Master Lee.

Alicia Carlucci
3rd Dahn |
Miss Carlucci is an energetic
member of the Master Quest team. She often
teaches and assists with the Children's groups, participates
on the Demo Team and still finds time to
hold a steady job and earn top honors in school.
Alicia really enjoys working with her student's on their
flexibility. "Flexibility is key for Tae Kwon
Do and good health."
|

James Everson
3rd Dahn |
Mr. Everson has a long association with
the Lee family and Master Lee. Upon moving
back to Raleigh, Mr. Everson quickly re-enlisted with Lee
Brothers Academy. He has a good eye for sparring
strategy and self-defense technique and often gives quick
lessons to younger students.
James likes to challenge his students to work on quickness
and conditioning. "You have to be quicker than the other
guy and keep going when he can't."
|

James Gary
3rd Dahn |
Mr. Gary is a long time friend
of Master Lee and Master Lee's family. He
has been actively participating in Tae Kwon Do
for more than fourteen years & has been instructing at
Lee Brothers Tae Kwon Do for about two years.
Over the past two years, James has specialized in teaching
the Lee Brothers Tae Kwon Do color belt requirements
and is planning to concentrate on the Bo Cho Dahn and 1st
Dahn requirements next.
"I really enjoy helping all of the younger students
because they have so much energy and are always ready to learn
new things."
|

Jim Chudy
2nd Dahn |
Mr. Chudy is a senior member
of Master Lee's team and has enjoyed long-term
association with the Academy and Master Lee.
He is a great resource at the school where he often dispenses
advice on forms, self-defense and horticulture.
Jim is a friendly face priding himself on getting to know all
academy members and helping to get each one ready for the challenges
of testing.

Special Team of Role Models
S.T.O.R.M. Team members assist
instructors during class providing
guidance, support and encouragement to other students. In return,
members
receive the extra skills and satisfaction that comes from helping
others.
Master Lee and the Master
Quest instructors prepare S.T.O.R.M. Team
members
through special training sessions and personal counseling.
Team members are nominated by the instruction team based on attitude,
energy and enthusiasm.
Lee Brothers Tae Kwon Do proudly
honors S.T.O.R.M. Team members for their contributions.
