Theo is a native of Rockingham, North Carolina who went through the school system in Richmond County.

Theo furthered his education by signing a football scholarship to Western Carolina University in 1995, and after a year he transferred to Norfolk State University (Norfolk VA.) where he was a four year letterman on the football team and Named "Freshman of the Year" for his football performance in the year of 1995.

Theo, early in his college experience, decided to major in Social Work, where he earned his BSW (Bachelors in Social Work) in spring 1999 and in 2001 decided to further his education by attending the University of South Carolina, Columbia, SC. Theo graduated with a MSW (Masters of Social Work Degree) in 2002.

Currently he is a psychotherapist at Carolinas Medical Center, Behavioral Health in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Mr. Roach has extensive experience as a social worker, varying from: Residential Counseling, Child Case manager, Emergency Service Social Worker @ the Men's Uptown Homeless Shelter in Charlotte NC.

Theo currently works full time as a Psychotherapist at Carolinas Medical Center, which is the third largest non-profit hospital in the United States. He specializes in the treatment of DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) and serves on numerous boards and committees, in the field of social work.

To add to his career highlights, Mr. Roach serves on the Clinical Social Work Institute planning Committee sponsored by NASW-NC. Mr. Roach serves as the South Piedmont District representative for the NASW -NC. Chapter.

Mr. Roach is married to his high school sweetheart, Mrs. Lillian Wallace; the both are first time, proud parents of Noah W. Roach 18mths.

Theo Roach is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in the treatment of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Mr. Roach has over 8 years of experience in the social work field, ranging from child case management, to presently working as a psychotherapist at Carolinas Health Care /Randolph, the third largest non-profit health care system in the United States. Mr. Roach holds a Bachelors Degree in Social Work (BSW); Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW) and is currently a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Mr. Roach has experience treating various disorders; including but not limited to: Major Depression, Bi-polar Disorder, Generalized Anxiety and Social Phobias.
