■ Always call in advance to make an appointment.

■ Please be punctual, we can not guarantee your one hour photo session otherwise.

■ If you think you're going to be late, call to let us know, so we can reschedule if necessary.

■ Our work is only designed for your own use and enjoyment.
You may order unlimited printed copies of your digital photos at your local photolab.
You may also email your photos to friends and family, and make an extra copy of the CD for your backup. 
However, you may not sell or reproduce our work.

■ All of our photographs are copyrighted by Babies on the Go and belong to us.
We may use them for our website, flyers and other forms of advertising.
If you find your photos displayed on our website or a flyer and wish them removed,
just give us a call and we will gladly do so: 919-872-3327.

■ Make sure to keep your CD in a safe place and/or make a personal copy for backup.
We do not guarantee to keep your photos for more than 3 days after pick-up.
We will not be held responsible shall you lose or damage it.

■ Your order will be available for pick-up one week after the photo session.
You can always have your order delivered by mail, which is our customers' preffered pick-up option.

■ Please, make sure that you keep your children and personal belongings with you at all times.
We will not be held responsible for any lost items in the event you forget something that can't be found later.

■ Keep a close eye on your children so they won't get hurt or cause us any damages.
You will be responsible for your children's actions and your own.
As in all cases, respect the business environment and its property.

■ Finally, make sure you handle your baby when needing an outfit change, diaper change, etc.
We will not satisfy any orders that show babies in a dangerous or improper way.
Partial nudity will only be available with moms' supervision and handling of their babies,
and proper editing to the photos will always be applied.
